Real Spider-man

He has scaled another building unaided in front of thousands of people – a feat of which his superhero namesake would be proud.

'Spider-man' Alain Robert made it to the top of Abu Dhabi's tallest building, the 185m Investment Authority, without safety gear.

The 44-year-old, who suffers from vertigo, used tiny slots in the concrete for purchase.

He has climbed more than 70 giant structures around the world, including London's Lloyd's building.
