Nicole Richie Driving The Wrong Way Hearing Is Set

Nicole Richie's case is getting a bit hot. The District Attorney's office has the case in their hands and will soon decide what to do. If she is convicted on drunk driving, she could face 5 days in jail and a one year suspension of her driver license. A hearing is set for February 7th.

Richie was arrested on Dec 11th, 2006 for driving the wrong way. Richie also admitted to taking a painkiller called Vicodin and smoking marijuana. A sobriety test did show that Nicole was under the influence of alcohol. She was taken into custody and then released after posting a $15,000 bail.
