The back story on this scene is as follows: Molly the cow was having a torrid affair with this man's wife. The man, we'll call him Serge, cuckolded and shamed decided to exact his revenge publicly, but was unaware that Molly was a Third Degree Black Belt and International grappling champion. In fact, this side kick was the inspiration for the ending of Karate Kid.
